Welcome to SovereignShield. By accessing or using our API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By integrating SovereignShield into your application, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

SovereignShield provides an AI firewall and security assessment API designed to detect prompt injections, data exfiltration, and other AI-centric attacks.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the SovereignShield API to:

• Intentionally attempt to DoS, crash, or exploit the API infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer the deterministic filter logic with the intent to distribute evasion patterns.
• Resell the API access directly without a valid enterprise agreement.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

SovereignShield is provided "AS IS". While we strive for high accuracy, the API is not guaranteed to catch 100% of semantic attacks, especially in deterministic-only mode. SovereignShield disclaims all warranties regarding the completeness or reliability of the security filters.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SovereignShield, its developers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a security breach in your application, even if the payload passed through the SovereignShield API.

6. Service Availability & Limits

Usage is strictly governed by the tier limits outlined during your API key generation. Accounts exceeding their rate limits or suspected of abuse may be suspended without prior notice.
